The OmegaT+ project is dedicated to bringing together a suite of machine-aided human translation(MAHT) tools (a subcategory of computer assisted translation[CAT]) for use by translators, localization engineers, and other language professionals.

Emphasis is placed upon the use of as many cross-platform tools as possible. In some cases this may not always be possible though.

OmegaT+ is now a member of the Localization Industry Standards Association (LISA) and is working to help improve TMX and other localization standards.
